2.5-Gallon Texture Sprayer with Compressor

A professional spraying system for contractors working with compatible SEMCO coatings and cementitious materials, this 2.5-gallon texture sprayer can help improve efficiency when spray application is appropriate for the material and system layer. It is particularly useful for larger wall and ceiling areas where controlled material distribution is needed.

The large 2-1/2-gallon hopper provides ample capacity for extended spraying, while the molded hopper handle and built-in 40-degree angle provide better control and make it easier to direct material, particularly when working overhead or across larger surfaces.

The texture gun features a comfortable full-grip trigger designed to reduce hand fatigue during longer applications. The removable nozzle and tip make cleanup easier, while the adjustable orifice nut allows the spray setup to be adjusted for different compatible materials and application requirements.

The unit includes 3/32-inch and 1/8-inch air tips, providing flexibility when adjusting the spray setup. The patented Super-Pro® gun cylinder uses fewer individual components, helping simplify maintenance and cleanup between applications.

The complete system includes the texture gun, hopper, hose, compressor, motor, and wheeled cart for convenient movement around the jobsite. The compressor provides 6.25 CFM at 20–25 PSI and is powered by a 1 HP capacitor-start electric motor. Always follow SEMCO system requirements to confirm whether spray application is appropriate for the specific material and layer.

For best results, test the spray pattern on scrap material before beginning the main application to determine the appropriate settings.
